We will protect the privacy of your personal health information as required by federal and state privacy laws. Information you provide during this call will be included in anonymous reports to the NYC Shelter Medical Director’s Office and their representatives. None of the reported information will include names or identify you.
The nurse line has bilingual Spanish-English speaking coaches, as well as translation services for 200 additional languages.
